Guest Rooms:
Hotel 140 offers 54 rooms on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors of 140 Clarendon. All rooms feature contemporary furnishings, cable TV, telephone with voice mail, high-speed internet access, and secure key card entry system.

The Hotel is entirely non-smoking.

Three rooms are specially equipped for physically challenged guests.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Dining:
Complimentary continental breakfast is offered to the hotel guests. The Stuart Street Grill is located on the ground floor of 140 Clarendon, open Monday through Friday from 5:30 am until 3:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 am until 1:00 pm.

Business Center:
The business center is equipped with computers, internet access, and a printer. A copier is available to the hotel guests 24 hours a day, free of charge.

Fitness Room:
Fitness equipment is provided for the hotel guests’ use. Hotel guests are also welcome to use the facilities at select area fitness centers at a discounted rate.
