Hotel 140 is a moderately priced hotel in the predominantly luxurious
”4-star and up” Back Bay lodging market. Hotel 140 provides
modern quality services and accommodations at a very reasonable price.
The rates are designed to stay below the market value for the same quality
hotel room, service and location. Together with the incredible Boston
location, the hotel offers complimentary continental breakfast, high-speed internet
access, a business center and fitness facilities in a contemporary
atmosphere.
Guest Rooms:
Hotel 140 offers 54 rooms on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors of 140 Clarendon. All rooms feature
contemporary furnishings, cable TV, telephone with voice mail, high-speed
internet access, and secure key card entry system.
The Hotel is entirely non-smoking.
Three rooms are specially equipped for physically challenged guests.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Dining:
Complimentary continental breakfast is offered to the hotel
guests. The Stuart Street Grill is located on the ground floor
of 140 Clarendon, open Monday through Friday from
5:30 am until 3:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 am until 1:00 pm.
Business Center:
The business center is equipped with computers, internet access, and a printer. A copier is available to the hotel guests 24 hours a day, free of charge.
Fitness Room:
Fitness equipment is provided for the hotel guests’ use.
Hotel guests are also welcome to use the facilities at select area fitness
centers at a discounted rate.

Guest services include an information desk and wake-up calls.

Logan International Airport is just 4 miles from Hotel 140. The Hotel
is conveniently located by the Back Bay Station of the MBTA subway and commuter lines, Amtrak Railway, and at the Copley Square exit off of interstate Rte. 90 – Mass. Turnpike.
